● Knocked-Out Tooth: Time is critical. Pick the tooth up by the crown (the top), never the root. Rinse it gently with water. If possible, place it back in the socket. If not, keep it moist by placing it in a container of milk or holding it inside your cheek.
● Swelling: Apply a cold compress to the outside of your cheek to reduce inflammation.
● Pain Management: Take over-the-counter pain relievers (like ibuprofen). Important: Do not place aspirin directly on your gums, as this can cause chemical burns to the tissue.
